Desert Data Recovery works with IT companies, MSPs, and computer stores across Arizona and the country. You handle the IT; we handle the recoveries that need a cleanroom, a PC-3000, and a technician who does this every day. No sales pitch to your client, no competing services, no surprises on the invoice.
Who we partner with
- IT companies & MSPs — when a client server, NAS or RAID array goes down and a rebuild isn't the answer.
- Computer repair shops — the clicking drives and dead SSDs that walk in the door and can't be fixed at the bench.
- Photographers, videographers & camera shops — corrupted cards and failed external drives full of client work.
- Internal IT teams — when something critical fails and you need a lab you can actually call.
How it works
- Get in touch. Tell us about the device and the failure — call, or send us a message. If it's clicking or was dropped, power it down and leave it alone.
- Get it to us. Drop off at any of our four Arizona locations, or ship it in from anywhere with our secure mail-in service.
- Free evaluation and a firm quote. We diagnose it properly and tell you what's recoverable, what it costs, and what we're not sure about — before anything chargeable starts.
- We recover; you deliver. Data comes back on fresh media. Bill your client yourself, or have us bill them directly — your call.
Have a drive on your bench right now that's beyond a software fix? Send it over — the evaluation is free either way.
Why shops send us their hard cases
- Your client stays your client. We're a recovery lab and nothing else. We don't sell managed services or break/fix, so there's no conflict — and we're happy to stay entirely behind the scenes if you prefer.
- The work never leaves our lab. Unlike outfits that forward media out of state to a third party, every recovery is performed in-house at our Peoria lab. Your client's data doesn't leave Arizona.
- Real lab capability. A Class 10 cleanroom for mechanical work, plus professional tooling — ACE Lab PC-3000, DeepSpar, MRT and Rusolut — for firmware, controller and NAND-level recovery that consumer software can't touch.
- No data, no recovery fee. If we can't get the data back, your client isn't billed a recovery fee. That makes it an easy conversation for you to have with them.
- Honest assessments. We'll tell you when a case is unlikely or impossible rather than run up a bill. It's the same reason we don't advertise a success rate.
- You can reach a technician. Not an account manager reading a script — the person actually working the case.
- Founding member of Data Recovery Professionals, and a Certified Data Recovery Professional, SEC606-certified company.

Partner pricing
Partner pricing and referral arrangements are available, and we'd rather build them around how you actually work than force a template on you. Some shops want a flat partner rate and bill their client themselves; others prefer we quote and bill the client directly and simply keep them in the loop. Both work. Our standard flat-rate pricing is published in full — start there, then talk to us about how you'd like it structured.
