We will inform you when the package arrives and get back to you to confirm the diagnosis and cost of recovery within approximately 24 hours of receipt. If you decide to proceed with data recovery, we will start work as soon as possible and keep you informed as we progress. If you decide not to proceed, your failed device will be sent back to you.
